City Reminder for Residents with Outstanding Utility Accounts—Time To Pay Up

Residents with delinquent utility accounts still have time to resolve or set up a payment plan with the City before utility disconnections for non-payment resume.

Last summer, the City stopped disconnections after finding issues with equipment used to provide billing information for utility services including water, wastewater, gas, garbage and street fees.

The grace period will continue now through the end of May. Beginning Monday, May 6th, Central Cashiering will have extended hours Monday thru Wednesday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to assist with payment plans at City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas, 78401. The office will continue to be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays.

For information regarding your utility bill, please contact the Customer Call Center at (361) 826-CITY (2489) or by email at
