The Names Of Those Killed In A Plane Crash Near Kerrville Have Been Released

Kerrville, Texas-- Authorities say there were no survivors among the six people who were on board a small plane that departed West Houston Airport and later crashed near Kerrville on Monday.
FAA records show that the aircraft was registered to Jeffrey Weiss of Houston, who was killed. Weiss was a well-known Texas humanitarian. He volunteered for Angel Flight South Central, and for Pilots & Paws, a non-profit organization providing transport services for the rescuing, sheltering and adopting of animals.

Witnesses say that the twin-engine Beechcraft BE58 crashed while preparing to land at Kerrville Municipal Airport.

The deceased are identified as:

• Jeffery Carl Weiss, 65, of Houston (Pilot)
• Stuart Roben Kensinger, 55, of Houston
• Angela Webb Kensinger, 54, of Houston
• Mark Damien Scioneaux, 58, of Houston
• Scott Reagan Miller, 55, of Houston
• Marc Tellepsen, 45, of Houston

FAA investigators are on scene and the Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed that all 6 people on board were killed. The NTSB will be in charge of the investigation.
