Corpus Christi Firefighter Tests Negative For COVID-19

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, (Southside Light News) -- A Corpus Christi firefighter that was being monitored for COVID-19 has tested negative.

According to a press release from the city,  seven firefighters remain in quarantine at this time. 

City Manager Peter Zanoni said in todays media briefing that two other firefighters had been in close contact the other firefighters who were dispatched to the call. 

The city says that they are taking all necessary precautions.
